What areas do you service?
We deliver to most areas in Northern Virginia, including Loudoun, Prince William, Fairfax, Arlington, and Faquier counties.
Do you carry insurance?
Absolutely! We carry an insurance policy, the details of which are available upon request. If your event is at a public park you will be required to present proof of insurance. In this case, please note that in your order and we will provide all the necessary documentation.
Where can you set up the outdoor bouncers?
Moon bounces need to be set up on large flat surfaces. Keep in mind that they cover a
15' x 15' footprint and stand 14' tall. Any flat area that can allow a few feet behind for the
air blower and a few feet in front for kids to enter/exit is suitable.
The Tropical Slide is 31' x 9'.
My yard has a slight slope. Can I still have a Moon Bounce?
This is hard to answer. A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself if you could sled down the hill were it covered in snow. If yes, then it is too steep.
If you need a technical answer, you should be ok if your area does not drop by more than 1 foot
over a 10 foot span.
Where can you set up the indoor bouncers?
Indoor bouncers need full clearance away from anything sharp like table corners and brick fireplace edges. You also need
to make sure that there are no ceiling fans, chandeliers, or garage door tracks that may touch the bouncer. It will move around some
during bouncing, so make sure that the fit is not tight. When we show up to set it up, we will make sure that these criteria are met.

How far in advance do I need to request the bouncer?
This depends on the demand for that day. Check our Product Listings for rates and availability. You can make your reservation directly from the calendar.

I just booked a bouncer 3 months in advance. Later, I looked back at the webpage and the prices had gone up. Do I have to pay the new rate?
Of course not! Once you make your reservation, your price is locked in. That is your reward for booking early.
Can I come pick up the bouncer myself?
No.
A trained professional is requred for not only the setup, but also the safety inspection.
Besides, you have enough to do on the day of your party without having to bother with setting up a moonbounce! We are happy to provide this service to you.
I am having an adult party, but there will be kids there. Is a moonbounce appropriate?
Absolutely! We can even provide an attendant so you won't have to make an adult stand out
and monitor. What's more, you can tell all of your friends to go ahead and bring their
children.
Can you provide an attendant for your Fun Foods?
Only for private events. We are not licensed to serve food to the public.
The party is not at my house, but in a hall that I have rented. Is this ok?
As long as there is enough room, the moon bounce can be used anywhere. However, make
sure you check with the hall that they will allow this.
If the hall is large enough, perhaps the Indoor Bouncer would be an appropriate choice.
The party is in a park and there is no electricity. Is that a problem?
It can be. We do not have a generator, so you will need to provide the electricity. If the
party is in a location that does not have any, you will need to find a generator.
What if you deliver a dirty or broken bouncer?
We will deliver the bouncer and set it up. At that point, if you are satisfied with the
condition of the bouncer, we will overview the rules and operation procedures and collect payment.
If, however, the bouncer is in poor condition, you are not obligated for any payment. The attendant
will deflate and pack the unit.
What if it rains?
Backyard Bouncers cannot predict the weather. Please ensure that you monitor the weather reports.
As long as you cancel before you accept delivery of the bouncer, you will not be charged.
May we also suggest considering our indoor moon bounce as a backup? Please make sure you have a space
to accomdate the clearance requirements.
How early or late can I keep an item?
We do not provide overnight rentals of inflatables for liability reasons. Our normal operating hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Any reservation
outside of these hours will incur a $50 after-hours fee.
Do you charge for delivery?
There is no delivery fee for inflatables. Rentals under $100 will incur a $15 delivery fee per event.
Can you provide an attendant?
Absolutely. The charge for an attendant is $25/hour.
I only want to rent the moonbounce for 2 hours, can I get a discount?
Our pricing is for an entire day. A two hour rental costs the same as an eight hour rental. This keeps things simple and easy.
